The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a program that was introduced to our employees last year. It is also known as the employee support program. During this period of increasing in the cost of goods and living expenses, it aims to assist our City Family members by providing essential food items, such as rice and oil, to help meet their basic needs.
In June, we distributed 2 bags of (6) kg rice and 1 bottle of oil to each employee. As we refer to ourselves as the City Family, this support extends not only to our employees also to their families, who are part of our broader family. This rice and oil distribution program has now been successfully conducted for the third time.
