As CFC is a significant player in the F&B industry, we operate with these three main areas; production, operations, and supporting functions (head office), all working together to ensure the smooth daily running of our operations. Our Employee Day Out program is an occasional initiative, typically organized during peak sales periods such as the Thingyan festival, Christmas, and Thadingyut festival. During these busy times, our colleagues in the operation team face heightened challenges. As back-office colleagues, we join them by supporting in selling and customer service areas. This hands-on experience not only allows us to better understand the complexity of operations but also advise us to streamline our support processes more efficiently. Earlier this year, in January, we successfully conducted our Employee Day Out program, visiting all Seasons Bakery and Restaurant outlets.”
